Description

  • Natural soil conditioner, lGranular marine algae (Kelp) comes fromAscophyllum nodosum.
  • These algae often called rockweed ou Norwegian Kelp grow in abundance along the coasts of the North Atlantic where the clean waters are very rich in nutrients.
  • They have the reputation of being the best for fertilization.
  • They are incorporated into the soil as soon as it can be worked in spring, before sowing or planting.
  • It can also be added to the soil in the fall to increase its organic matter content during the winter.
  • Water the soil thoroughly after each application.
  • The following dosage is a guide only and should be adjusted to the local climate, soil type and fertility:
    • Flower pots: 50 g/20 cm pot
    • Gardens: 2 kg/10 m2. Incorporate them into the soil before sowing.
  • Seaweed contains 50-60 trace elements, ±20 amino acids, enzymes and plant growth hormones, which make it an excellent biostimulant.
